Hi, I am Apple Ajoc

Hi everyone, I am Apple Ajoc, and I am from Pasig City, Philippines. This is my corner of E2.

I have four years of experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant, handling patient intake, appointment scheduling, inbound and outbound calls, email management, marketing tasks, and insurance verification. I also have five months of experience in prior authorization.

Before that, I spent five years in the optical field as an Assistant Store Head and Customer Assistant, and two years as a Dental Assistant, supporting the dentist during procedures and helping patients feel comfortable and well cared for.

I am highly organized, detail oriented, and adaptable, and I am committed to excellent patient care and efficient administrative support.

Outside of work

Family, walking, and nature

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and daughter. We love going out together, walking, sightseeing, and exploring beautiful places while enjoying nature.

My family is very important to me, and a good work life balance helps me stay happy, focused, and productive.
