Plenty of people find E2 on their own, and they are welcome here. But some of the very best arrive a better way: recommended by someone who already belongs, with a Big waiting for them, a Big Brother or Big Sister who welcomes them with a page of their own and walks beside them until they belong. Then one day, the Little becomes a Big. That is the circle this page keeps.
The first pair. Dave was Harsh's Big Brother, and Harsh is now one of the builders at the heart of E2. This page is about making a hundred more pairs just like it.

The family tree, so far
Round faces, real people, real welcomes. Gold rings are Big Brothers, pink rings are Big Sisters, blue rings are Littles, and the dashed circles are open chairs: the next great people, waiting for somebody to say their name.
It started with one welcome. Dave made Harsh his own welcome page, Harsh claimed his E2 passport, messaged Dave, and got walked into Llama Chat and the community in person, not by a manual. Today Harsh builds Super E2 and Cricket Rush, signed on as E2's first World Builder, and is pretty much the first person E2 ever sent money to. That is what a good onboarding does. Now it is Harsh's turn to be a Big, and his first chair is open.
If you have been welcomed into E2 lately, there is a good chance Ermalieh did the welcoming. She greets new folks in the Discord, looks after people as an Agent Manager, and hosts the 150P Airdrop Livestream, where her whole job is making new friends feel at home. Her welcome video says it in her own words: "Hi, I'm Ermalieh, I'm part of a fun online community called E2, and I just wanted to invite you to check it out as well." Her Littles' names go in the circles above as she brings them in.
Enit is here because Dave invited her: she is an old friend from his Pirate Discord days, he went looking for her in October 2026 so he could bring her into E2, and she joined on Oct 29. She arrived as Dave's Little and became a Big Sister almost right away, because she is E2's community welcomer: an Agent Manager from Cavite whose memes you have probably already seen, and whose actual job, in her own words, is "Welcoming is my job." She is the friendly first face for new people in Llama Chat and the Discord, and the Big Sister new Littles get pointed to when they need a friend on day one. Meet her on her own page.
How it works
Four steps, Big to Little
Simple on purpose. The program is a promise a person makes to another person, with a little structure around it so nobody gets lost.
Recommend
A Big says a name out loud: someone kind, talented, and trustworthy. Kind first, always. That recommendation is the whole front door of E2.
Welcome them properly
The Little gets a welcome page of their own, like Harsh's page, and claims their E2 passport. No cold signups, no forms into the void.
Walk them in
The Big introduces them in the Discord and Llama Chat, shows them the ropes, and is their first friend and first answer for the first weeks.
First win, then a Big
The Big helps the Little land a first win: a first bounty, a first game, a first page, a first peso. After that, the Little takes a chair as a Big for the next person.
