Dave + Harsh · The Working Plan

Harsh runs the Arcade.
Dave has his back.

This is the game plan for how Dave and Harsh work best together over the next week: sign the agreement first, then Harsh takes the chair as CEO of the Arcade for seven days, with clear check-ins, a public scoreboard, and real pay at the end of it.

Step 1: Sign the agreement Step 2: CEO of the Arcade, 7 days Paid via Tippy on Day 7
Harsh: sign the agreement See the week plan

Step 1 · Before Day 0

Sign first. Then we build.

One short agreement covers everything Harsh builds for E2, starting with Super E2 and Cricket Rush. It is written in plain English at the top, and the signing takes about two minutes.

The E2 World Builder Agreement

What it says, in one breath: everything Harsh creates for E2 belongs to E2, permanently. The worlds, levels, characters, stories, art, look and feel, code, and names. E2 can use that work in any medium, now or in the future: video games, films, television and streaming, musicals and stage shows, books, comics, merchandise, and formats not invented yet. Work Harsh made entirely on his own stays his. The pay stated for each project is the full pay for that project. And if any piece ever could not be assigned outright, E2 holds a full, exclusive, permanent license to it instead, so there is never a gap.

How we work best together

One owner. Clear lanes. No guessing.

Harsh

CEO of the Arcade

Harsh owns the Arcade for the week. He sets the vision on Day 1, picks the daily big move, ships something visible every day, answers players in the Arcade channel the same day, kindly and the E2 way, and reports every night like an owner.

Dave

Founder, on call

Dave hands over the keys on Day 0 and then stays out of the way. He is on call for only two kinds of calls: anything that spends E2 money, and anything that makes a promise to a player or a client. Everything else is Harsh's call, and Dave backs it.

The team

Sam and the room

Sam and the E2 Discord are the ops net: questions answered, posts amplified, the stream night promoted. Harsh asks for help in the open channel, not in private, so the whole room can see the Arcade moving.

Tools

Your Grok Bot is paid for

Dave has already put $23 toward Harsh's Grok Bot (about ₹2,185 INR / ₱1,464 PHP), so Harsh starts the week equipped. No cost to Harsh, no setup debt. Use the bot as the Arcade's second brain: drafts, game ideas, copy, and quick builds.

Guardrails

Propose, get a fast yes, move

Harsh cannot spend E2 money, promise discounts or outcomes, sign anyone, change a price for good, or remove anyone. Anything on that list goes in the morning plan, Dave answers fast, then Harsh moves. Everything else, Harsh just decides.

The rule

Ship daily, report honestly

One visible ship a day and one honest report a night, even on the bad days. Especially on the bad days. A flat result reported honestly beats a quiet week every time, and it is what the base pay is for.

Step 2 · The CEO week

Harsh, CEO of the Arcade, for one week

The mission, from the Become a CEO program: take the Arcade to the next level. Build a 3D world players can step into, launch new games, and run a live stream night the whole town shows up for. Dave confirms the exact start date with Harsh in Discord before Day 0, so both calendars are locked before the week begins.

1
Playable 3D world live in the Arcade
2
New games launched during the week
1
Live stream night, tournament final live
7 of 7
Morning plans, daily ships, nightly reports
Day 0The handover, with Dave

A check-in with Dave before the week starts: Harsh gets the keys (the channel, the Arcade page, the scoreboard), last week's play numbers as the baseline, and the targets below locked in public. The signed agreement is already done by now.

Day 1The all hands

Harsh runs an all hands in the Discord: his vision for the Arcade, his goals for the week, and how people can help. Then the first ship lands the same day.

Days 2 to 6Move everything forward

One big move a day toward the scoreboard: the 3D world, the two new games, and building toward stream night. A short morning plan and an honest nightly report, every single day.

Day 3 or 4The midweek check-in, with Dave

A short check-in halfway through: what shipped, what the numbers say, what is blocked, and what changes for the second half. Blockers get cleared here, not saved up for Day 7.

Stream nightThe big night

One evening during the week, Harsh hosts the Arcade live: players in, the tournament played through to its final, live. Promoted in the Discord ahead of time so the whole town can show up.

Day 7Present your work, get paid

Harsh presents the week to the community: the vision, what shipped, what the numbers did, and what he would hand the next CEO. It goes on the World Feed, the review happens against the scoreboard below, and pay lands the same day.

The check-ins

Required, specific, and short

These are the non-negotiables of the week. They are also the whole reporting job: three small posts a day at most, and two conversations with Dave.

Every morning

The plan post

Before the day's work, in the Discord: today's one big move, in one or two lines. If the day needs a money or promise call from Dave, it goes here, first thing.

Every day

One visible ship

Something a player can click: a world, a game, a fix, a post, an event. If a day truly ships nothing, the nightly report says so and says why.

Every night

The nightly report

All 7 nights, in the Discord, using the template below: shipped, numbers, money, blockers, tomorrow. Ten minutes, honest numbers, no polish needed.

Nightly report, copy and fill in: Shipped today: [the one big move, with the link] Blog post: [today's post, with the link] Numbers: [plays today, players in the channel] Money: [anything earned or spent, or "none"] Blockers: [what is in the way, or "none"] Tomorrow: [the next big move]

Plus the two bookends: the Day 0 handover and the Day 7 presentation and review, both with Dave, plus the midweek check-in on Day 3 or 4. Miss a check-in, say so early. Life happens: tell Dave early and the week reschedules. Go quiet midweek with no word, and the week does not pay.

The daily blog

One blog post. Every single day.

Harsh and his Grok Bot keep the Arcade's daily blog together. It is part of the CEO week, and it stays a standing daily job for as long as Harsh is working with E2: short, honest, and public, so anyone can watch the Arcade being built, day by day.

The job

One post a day, no misses

Every day of the CEO week, and every day after while Harsh works with E2, one post goes up before the nightly report: what shipped today, what he learned, and what comes tomorrow. The link goes into that night's report, so the blog and the report always match. A day that shipped nothing gets an honest post too.

The style

Henry's blog is the model

Write it like Henry's blog: nice, simple, minimal. A white page, a plain title, a few honest paragraphs, a screenshot or photo when there is a real one, and nothing else. No hype, no clutter, no filler written to look busy. Less, but better.

The process

The bot drafts, Harsh signs off

Grok Bot does the legwork: notes from the day turned into a clean draft. Harsh edits it into his own voice, checks every fact, and approves it before it posts. Nothing goes up unread by Harsh, and the byline is his. His blog is live now in Henry's minimal format, and every post he writes lands there.

The pay

What Harsh gets, exactly

The same deal as every CEO week at E2, confirmed here in writing before the week starts, so there are no surprises for anyone.

After the week

The incentives beyond Day 7

First shot

First in line for the longer role

If the Arcade grows under Harsh, he is first in line when it needs a longer paid role. A great CEO week is the audition, and the results are already public.

On the record

Title, badge, and reference

CEO of the Arcade on his E2 profile for his week, his name and real results presented to the whole community on the World Feed, and a written reference from Dave if he earns it.

The building continues

World Builder work, per brief

The World Builder Agreement stays in force after the week: new games and worlds for E2, each with its own brief and its own pay agreed in writing before work starts, Super E2 and Cricket Rush first among them.

Harsh: sign, then take the chair.

Sign the agreement, lock the start date with Dave in the Discord, and Day 0 we hand you the keys to the Arcade.
