Strong bodies, kind hearts. The gym where nobody gets left on the bench.
Chadwick built this gym on one belief: fitness is for everyone, and nobody should ever feel out of place in a gym. First workout is free, the music is loud, and the strongest person in the room is whoever cheers the loudest for the beginner.
Three tracks, pick the one that sounds like fun. Every session ends with five minutes of stretching and one high-five.
Classic strength. Barbell basics, progressive overload, form before ego.
Conditioning that makes everything else easier. Stairs, sleds, ropes.
Mobility, core, and balance. The stuff that keeps you moving at 90.
Chadwick's whole philosophy in five lines. Tape it to your fridge.
E2 cities are walkable for a reason. Ten thousand steps a day beats one heroic workout a week.
Muscles grow while you sleep. Eight hours, dark room, phone in the other room.
Protein at every meal, vegetables on half the plate, water before coffee. No diets, just habits.
You will skip a solo workout. You will not skip when your friends are waiting. Find your crew.
One number: workouts per week, or minutes moved. What gets measured gets repeated.
Rest days are when the work turns into results. Take them guilt-free.
Swim, bike, run. It sounds impossible until you do a sprint distance and realize it was the most fun Saturday of your year. Here is Chadwick's 8-week beginner plan, three sessions a week.
Start with 4 x 100m, rest between. Build to 750m nonstop by week 6. The lake is calm and the water is warm.
Two rides a week: one easy spin, one with hills. By week 8 you are holding 20k without stopping.
Run/walk intervals at first. Nobody cares about your pace. Finish the 5k smiling.
The house schedule. Drop in any time, the door is always open.
