Verified events only
Rewards attach to things a person or a bot can check: an intro Sam read, a link that works, a bounty shipped in a public channel. No check, no pay.
Most of the internet pays for attention, and attention rewards outrage. E2 runs its money the other way: small, real payments for joining, helping, learning, building and giving. This page is the whole system, how we use incentives to encourage people toward goodness and kindness, in the open.
People repeat what gets rewarded. So at E2, rewards are attached to verified good acts, never to volume, outrage or luck of the algorithm. Every incentive below exists to make the kind, helpful, generous move also the rewarded move.
E2 is funded by its founder, Dave, who takes no pay from it. Members are never charged to join, to learn, to earn, or to withdraw what they earned. Read how the money works, and check any payment on the public Tippy ledger, where every transaction since day one is listed.
Eight rungs, in the order most members climb them. Everything on this ladder is live right now, and the amounts are the real ones.
Join the Discord, set up your free Grok Bot, and say hello in the bounty channel. Tippy pays you ₱60 in seconds. The same starter bounty greets you at Starvard as 60 bucks and at The Studio as your first dollar. One welcome, everywhere.
Post a real intro and Sam tips you ₱1. It is tiny on purpose: the first taste of being rewarded for showing up as yourself, and the first entry in your public record here.
Members tip each other real money through Tippy for good work, a kind intro, or just to say thanks. Catch a rain, join an airdrop, and cash out to your own wallet whenever you like. More than 220 members hold a balance, and members have withdrawn to their own wallets 10 times and counting.
The bounty board mirrors real priced tasks from the Discord: set up a Grok Bot (₱60), help make a video (₱70), build your own Discord with your own bot (₱75), write the best song (₱250). Read the brief, claim it in the channel, ship it in public, and Tippy pays in the thread where everyone can see.
Bronze unlocks a free website of your own. Silver, awarded for a track record of genuine helpfulness, unlocks the private Silver chat and first looks at bounties. Gold unlocks a first shot at paid roles and work. Helpfulness is literally the currency of the ladder.
Starvard courses are free forever. On its Help Us page, a first small task, agreed with Dave in messages first, pays $10, with more paid work after a good fit. At The Studio, the path runs from your first dollar to your first film.
Pinoy Hack, our hackathon for Filipino builders, carries a ₱15,000 prize pool, with four track winners at ₱3,000 each. Competitions here are built to be won by helping, building and finishing, and to make friends on the way.
The top of the ladder is a job, not a jackpot. Build your record on the rungs below, put up an AiPro profile, and get hired for real paid work by the hour. That is where incentives become a livelihood.

Every tip, bounty and withdrawal sits in Tippy’s public ledger, and leaders are published on our open economy page. Fair pay should be visible.
Tippy caps withdrawals at 1 SOL per withdrawal and 2 SOL per day, the bank stays small on purpose, and wallet business happens in DM only. Read the security page.
Generosity builds your reputation and your level, and we are careful that giving can never be farmed back into cash. Kindness that pays itself would stop being kindness.
These two are proposals, not live programs. They are published so members can watch the thinking, and nothing here is a promise until it ships.
A points layer on top of Tippy, at 1 Buck = 1 cent, earned only on verified good acts: a full intro (100), an AiPro profile live (200), a personal site live (300), a Starvard course finished (250), a real bug reported (200). Spend on profile boosts, audits, and posting bounties of your own, or cash out from 500 Bucks. Proposed seed of $100 and a $20 daily cap keep it small and safe while we learn.
Starvard’s Future Ideas page lists the next incentives for the university: paid tasks inside courses, error bounties, translation bounties, teach and earn, study clubs that earn together, and graduate quests. The starter bounty on that page is already live; the rest are ideas, labeled as ideas.
Kindness should not need paying, and the amounts here are small on purpose. The payments are a signal and a welcome: they tell a newcomer, in the clearest way the internet has, that this place rewards the good stuff. Members stay for the community. The first ₱60 just gets them through the door.
Some will try, which is why rewards attach only to verified acts, stay small, and are paid in public where the room can see. Gaming a system that pays a peso for a real intro and tips for shipped work mostly produces real intros and shipped work. We can live with that.
No. There is nothing to buy, nothing to invest in, and E2 will never ask you for money or for an investment. Tippy simply moves real pesos as small amounts of SOL under the hood, and members cash out to their own wallets free.
From Dave, the founder, out of his own pocket. E2 is a nonprofit project: he funds the bounties, tips and prizes, and takes nothing out. See the Nonprofit page.
Join the Discord, set up your Grok Bot, and say hello in the bounty channel. Your ₱60 lands in seconds, and the ladder on this page is your map from there.
It takes a minute or two: join, set up your Grok Bot, say hello. Then pick a bounty, help somebody, and watch the compass work.
