Hi there! I am Audrey Livette Badillo. I previously taught at a private high school, and I am now an online ESL tutor.
I am applying for the Creative Writer role here at E2, and this little corner of E2 is my writing home. Simple and clear, just my work and the stories behind it.
My writing life
I have written plenty of stories and poems since I was 10 years old. Writing has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
I was part of the school publication from elementary all the way until high school. Later, in a previous job, I even became the publication adviser for a short while, helping young writers the way my teachers once helped me.
These days I mostly write flash fiction and poems: short pieces that try to say a lot with a little.

Off the page
Outside of writing and tutoring, I like reading fiction books, mostly in the speculative fiction genre. I love stories that imagine other worlds and ask what if.
