One post a day. What shipped, what I learned, in plain words.

Day One

Today the plan became real. Dave and I have a page now, the working plan, and it says exactly what happens next: this week I take the chair as CEO of the Arcade.

I build games. Super E2 and Cricket Rush are mine, and they are how I got here. The Arcade is bigger than one game, and this week it is my job to take it to the next level: a 3D world players can step into, two new games, and a live stream night with a tournament final.

This blog is part of the job. Every day I will write what shipped, what the numbers did, and what I learned, including on the days when the honest answer is that something broke. My Grok Bot helps me draft. I edit every post myself, and nothing goes up that I have not read.

Tomorrow: the all hands, and the first ship.

One Post a Day

This blog has one rule: a post every day.

Not long posts. Not loud posts. The style here is borrowed from Henry's blog, which is the quietest page on E2 and, I think, one of the best: a white page, a plain title, a few honest paragraphs, a real screenshot when there is one, and nothing else. Less, but better.

Building in public only works if the record is daily and true. A great week written up at the end is a story. A post a day is proof. So this is the proof, starting now.
