Submitted is not approved. Approved is not paid.
A lot of people have submitted videos, songs and other work for bounties in the last few days, and that is wonderful. But a submission is only step one. Every bounty card on this feed now says exactly which stage it is at, so nobody has to guess, and nobody gets announced as approved or paid before it is true.
The work is in
They posted their entry in the bounty channel for everyone to see. That is all a Submitted card means. It has not been approved yet, and no money has moved yet. The amount on the card is the prize at stake.
Dave said yes
The core team checked the work first (it needs to rate at least 6 out of 10 for quality), and Dave approved the payout himself. Approved means the work earned it. The payment itself is the next step, and it has not happened yet.
The money actually moved
Tippy sent the payment, and the card shows the amount received in green. Only Paid cards mean somebody got paid. If a bounty card does not say Paid, that bounty has not been paid yet.
