$2,360
₱150,800 and counting
This is the revenue chart, flipped. Most dashboards count money coming in; ours counts money going out to members, and this one only goes up. The peso total refreshes live from our bounty feed; the dollar figure is the Give Board's own total. Bruno, E2's bookkeeper bear, keeps this board.
Tips
222 members
Members have received real peso tips through Tippy for good work spotted fast. Good work gets tipped while the deed is still warm.
Bounties
9 boards
Real tasks, real pay: build, test, make art, ship something useful. Open prizes right now total ₱1,345. See the Bounty Boards view for every board, live.
Thank-yous
Every day
Introductions, encouragement and everyday kindness get thanked out loud, sometimes with money attached.
Servers on One Board

The Studio, E2 and The Island all feed this one total. On the E2 server the board shows pesos, because that is home for most members.

Where the money goes

From the E2 Give Board, word for word in spirit: somebody fixes a bug, tests a game, writes something lovely, or helps a new member find their feet, and a tip lands. Open bounties pay people to build levels, test games, make art, and ship useful things. Finish the task, show the work, get paid. Simple as a handshake.

Why "customers"? Baremetrics has a Customers page, so the bear built ours. E2 members pay $0.00, so the honest money column is $0.00 for every single row, and the column that varies is Points. Full member count is 919; this table shows the people active in the last 30 minutes, refreshed from the same live presence feed as e2.life/online, merged with the live Points board.

How we count, honestly: the careful count removes our home city (mostly us testing) plus Ashburn and Singapore (mostly data centers). People come from Google Analytics, visits and pageviews from Cloudflare, so the columns are not meant to match. Only E2, Llama Chat and The Studio have a people counter so far, which is why some rows say n/a.

Churn (Quiet Members)

Counted from Sam's own log, Oct 19 to 30, 2026: every join, message and welcome she processed across her servers and DMs. This is the honest first picture; the per-server census in the plan below makes it exact.
470
people who posted, then went quiet for 7+ days
The bucketsPeopleWhat it means
Posted in the last 48 hours70The living core. Small, real, and in the room every day.
Posted 2 or fewer messages, ever818Two thirds of everyone who ever posted. Most said hello and stopped.
One and done, quiet 3+ days715Posted an intro or a hello, then silence. The win-back list.
Quiet 7+ days470Gone a week or more. Still members, still reachable, cooling fast.
Everyone who ever posted1,236Unique people in Sam's log, 7,224 messages, since Oct 19.
What this log cannot see: people who joined and never posted at all (Sam logs 1,197 joiners, and a name match says almost all of them posted at least once in a channel she watches, but the match is rough), plus reactions, voice time and lurking, which are real participation too. Step 1 of the plan fixes the count properly, per server, E2's 919 first.

The win-back plan (Sam runs it)

Full plan is with Dave in chat. The short version Bruno keeps:
StepWhat happens
1. Count it rightSam runs a nightly census: the E2 member list crossed with last message per person, so Never posted, Posted once, Quiet 7d and Quiet 14d become exact, per server.
2. Public firstSam celebrates quiet members' work in chat and posts matched reasons to return: a bounty that fits their skill, a Paid to Play test, an event. Nobody gets called out as inactive.
3. Warm pings3 to 5 quiet members a day get a specific, useful tag from Sam in a public channel, tied to their own intro and work. Specific beats "we miss you" every time.
4. One kind DMOnly people who posted before, at most one DM, written personally from their intro, one tiny next step, easy to decline. Start at 5 to 10 a day so Discord never reads it as spam. Non responders are never DM'd again.
5. PreventionNew members get a day 2 and day 4 nudge from Sam with a matched micro task, because the intro to second post gap is where the 715 were lost. The second post is the whole game.
6. ScoreboardReturns get counted here weekly: how many quiet members posted again. If a touch does not produce second posts, it stops.

The welcome back list: every quiet member, by name

Everyone who posted, then went quiet for more than 3 days, counted from Sam's log as of Oct 30, 2026, across her servers. Sorted longest quiet first. The Re-engage button adds a person to Sam's queue; nothing sends from this page. The queue is the exact list Sam will work through, public ping first, then at most one personal DM, 5 to 10 a day, once Dave approves the script on the Churn page.
Re-engage queue: 0 people
Queue somebody and Sam's draft hello appears here, written for that person.

Hired0Finalists are ready (the $90/hr short film writer brief is written); Dave's pick sends it. No offers have gone out.
Priority 1: Executive Assistant
13 applicants
From the Denver Craigslist ad. Top pick Carly Giusto is in conversation with Dave; Ali Tutunik was emailed Oct 15. The EA who can help in person is Dave's #1 hire.
Priority 2: Head of Story
4 finalists
Paul, Mirella, Stephen and Sophia J, all from Fiverr. A Craigslist LA ad and Stage 32 keep adding writers daily.
Attorney Brief
41 sourced
Candidates sourced on the $70/hr attorney brief. The shortlist is waiting on Dave's answers to the talent questions; it is the only thing blocking the Lawyer hire.
Priority 3: Playtester

A gamer to playtest the new game with Dave. The playtest bounty page is live; the full listing is still to be posted.

The workflow, end to end

StepWhat happens
1. Post the roleJobs go out where the people are: Fiverr for specialists, Craigslist for local and LA, Stage 32 for writers, Instagram DMs for helpers. 12 active jobs, 16 live briefs.
2. Applications landEvery application, resume and link is collected into Hiring HQ, one pipeline, nothing in scattered inboxes. 80 so far.
3. Screen and stackHaddie runs the day to day: reads everything, checks the work, stacks the board, flags the standouts.
4. Talent to trackThe best 11 get pinned at the top of HQ so they never get lost, even before there is a role for them.
5. OutreachContact by email or DM, human and specific. Statuses live on the board: not contacted, emailed, in conversation.
6. Dave's call queueAnything only Dave can decide goes in one queue, in the order that unblocks the most people. 8 waiting now.
7. The briefFinalists get a real paid brief (the short film writer brief is $90/hr and ready). Real work, not tests for free.
8. Dave's final yesDave has the final yes on every hire. Until he says it, nothing is an offer, and the board says so.
The other doors into paid work: the community ladder inside the Discord (Bronze to Silver to Gold to Agent Manager, where Ralph Benitez climbed from first member to leading the agent crew) and the Studio's older /hiring/ pipeline (37 applicants, 17 in conversation, counted Oct 1). Hiring HQ is the master board; full detail lives at e2.life/hiringhq.
Where the bear got these numbers (Oct 30, 2026): Members 919, tipped members 222 and the site counts from e2.life. Total given $2,360 from the Give Board; the peso paid total, the bounty boards and their entries from our live bounty feed. Online wall and the Customers table from e2.life/online presence, merged with the live Points board. Network totals from the Oct 28 Network Stats count. Fleet people from the Humans Scoreboard. Ledger rows from the E2 Economy audit. Revenue figures from E2's own books: no subscriptions exist, and Stripe and Plaid are not connected (checked). Bear Metrics is a loving parody of the Baremetrics demo, in E2 style. No numbers were invented; where a classic SaaS metric does not exist at E2, it says so.
