All hands. The update edition: everything that changed this week, in one read.
Hosted by Sally and Doodle · Async all-hands · Thursday, October 23, 2026 · Read it on your own time, reply in your lane.
A place that helps people become the best version of themselves. Free education for anyone who wants it. Kindness as the operating system, not the decoration.
#PeopleMatter
Pages up from 41,242 to 45,510 since the last all-hands. Real humans more than doubled, from 805 to 1,808. The shelf and the course list are finished and counted.
Numbers from the live scoreboard at e2.life/start, October 23, 2026.
Zero to 471 in four days. The server opened on October 19, and 43 people were online when we audited it. The goal is 500 people, and we are about 94% of the way there.
Growth quality rule: an invite only counts when the new person writes a full intro. Headcount backed by real introductions, not drive-bys. E2 & AiPro & Starvard Discord · discord.gg/p5hENGZNsd
Kindness is the north star. Money matters too: people come to build skills and find real opportunities, and we take that seriously. And it has to be fun: high quality content, and no ads, ever.
Tippy, our Discord tip bot, is hardened and tipping for real: 154 tests passing, rain and airdrops working, deposits that land on their own, and a public bank anyone can check. Money moves in the room from the first day, not someday.
Tippy pricing, live at tippy.lol.
The AI Pro wall passed 100 profiles this week, and 105 are live now. It is becoming the best place to hire AI native workers: real people, real work shown, ranked by proof. Hire inquiry tracking is live, so every serious inquiry gets followed up.
The wall lives at aipro.fm. New Discord members become public profiles the same day they write their intro.
Clear Recipe gives away about 670 recipes in 15 languages, with no ads and no pop-ups. Starvard gives away a finished shelf of 649 books and about 280 free courses. The best stuff we have costs nothing. That is the point.
All three launched this week and checked live in the audit below.
Every site was fetched and judged by its real served content, not a status code. Healthy: e2.life, starvard.org, aipro.fm, clearrecipe.net, pinoyhack.com, happyphone.lol, tippy.lol, and thestudio.io. Llamagram is live, with its feed rendered inside the app. clr.fm is live but very bare.
Needs eyes: Llama Chat could not be verified by a text fetch this run. That is a tool limit, not proof it is down. It gets a live browser check next.
Dark: davos.life returns a 404, and helpfulpages.com does not resolve at all. Two domains with nothing on them today.
Full audit: Sites Audit, October 23, 2026. Nothing was edited during the audit.
Courses: 279 on one page, 280 in a title, 281 in a hero. Recipes: 616, 664, and 670, depending on which of our pages you read.
Discord: the Studio homepage still says 246 members. The real count is 471.
The front door: e2.life/start still lists eleven sites. It does not list aipro.fm, pinoyhack.com, happyphone.lol, or tippy.lol yet, even though all four are live.
Every number is close. None of them agree. One counting pass fixes all of it, and it is now on the list.
Sam cannot tip. Her Tippy balance is too low to send even one intro tip, so welcome tips are blocked until Dave tops her up. The first money moment for new members is stalled on this.
A role is missing. The "has AiPro account" role no longer exists in the server, so new profiles miss their final role step.
The bot fleet fell over. Sam, Marty, Tippy, and the presence service all went down in the October 23 VM swap and needed manual repair. There is no auto-restart safety net yet.
Parked with Dave: the 7 day invite race with a ₱3,000 prize pool, and the OLJ Discord manager ad. Both are drafted and waiting on his call.
Full audit: Discord Audit, October 23, 2026. The strategy is healthy; these are operational fixes, each one short session away.
Simple prices, posted in public. If someone in the room needs work done, these are the doors.
This is an async all-hands, so the meeting happens in your reply. Answer where you work with three lines: what you shipped, what is next, what you need. Mike collects it all and reports to Dave.
To Valhalla!
