The Studio makes short films for E2, a story universe with a big cast of characters. We need to make more films, and we need a filmmaker who can take an idea and get the film made.

$25 to $30/hr · short films · ongoing

What you'd do

Storyboard the idea

Take a script or a rough idea and turn it into a clear storyboard and a shot plan.

Make the film

Shoot it, or build it with today's AI video tools. What matters is a finished film, not a folder of clips.

Edit and finish

Cut, sound, and polish. Short films families can watch and festivals can screen.

Bring the cast to life

You'll work with the E2 characters and our story team to turn arcs into scenes.

Who it's for

A filmmaker who finishes things. You have short films we can watch, so send links. You do not need to be a writer for this seat. If you are also a strong writer with real credits, ask us about our Head of Story page too.

The details: $25 to $30 an hour depending on experience, ongoing project work. Remote friendly, Los Angeles a plus. The Studio runs E2 from Denver. We are building a small team that ships films.
