E2 / Mike's Desk
Mike is organizing this now
This is where Dave's head gets emptied. Mike, CEO trainee for all of E2, keeps every moving part on this one desk: who did the work, who should get a bounty, who is ready to be paid. Mike runs it. Sam sends the tips. Dave just glances here when he feels like it.

The deal, so nobody has to carry it in their head
Dave used to hold all of this in his head: every bounty, every person, every tip that still needed sending. Not anymore. If it is on this desk, Mike is handling it, and Dave does not need to track it, chase it, or remember it.
Mike watches the channels, finds the people, checks the work, and keeps the list clean and current.
Mike hands Sam one clean payout list. Sam sends the tips through Tippy. Nobody tips off a messy list.
Every stage is written down on this page and on Bounties: submitted, approved, paid. If Dave wants to know, he looks. He never has to ask around.
The flagship lane
This is the first and biggest job on Mike's desk. Mike runs the whole bounty program end to end. Sam's only job in it is the fun part: sending the tips at the end.
All nine boards, all day: building games, making videos, testing games, writing songs, leading streams, inviting people, and the rest below. Nothing lands in a bounty channel without Mike seeing it and putting it on this desk.
Mike does not just wait for entries. He goes looking. Someone testing games every night, someone helping new members, someone quietly building something good: Mike spots them, matches them to the bounty they would be great at, and invites them to claim it. Good work should not go unpaid just because nobody noticed.
Every submission gets a real look: Is it real work? Is it 6 out of 10 or better? Is the proof link there for everyone to see? Has this person already been paid for this one? Mike checks all of it, so the list Sam gets is a list she can trust.
One clean list, always in the same shape: the person's name, the bounty they earned, the exact amount, and the link to their work. No scattered messages, no half remembered promises, nothing living in Dave's head.
Sam takes Mike's list and tips each person through Tippy, right in Discord where everyone can see it land. The moment a tip actually sends, that person's status flips to Paid. Sam tipping is the finish line of every bounty on this desk.
Submitted is not approved, and approved is not paid. Three separate stages, and this desk never blurs them. Submitted means Mike has seen the entry. Approved means the work passed the check and the payout is queued for Sam. Paid means Sam's tip actually went through Tippy. Only Paid counts as money received.
Every open bounty, biggest first. Mike keeps this list current. Tap any board to read the full brief on the Bounties page.

The live queue, straight from the bounty channels. These are the people Mike is working through right now: what they submitted, what it is worth, and exactly where it stands. When Sam tips someone, their row turns Paid right here.

Mike never sends Sam a pile of screenshots or a long chat thread. He sends one list, in this exact shape, and Sam works straight down it. This is an example of the shape, not a real payout:
| Person | Bounty | Amount | Status for Sam |
|---|---|---|---|
| Example member | Test our games and help make them better | ₱25 | Checked by Mike, ready to tip |
| Example member | Help build a game | ₱200 | Checked by Mike, ready to tip |
Sam tips each row, marks it Paid, and Mike clears it off the desk. If a row is not on Mike's list, Sam does not tip it. That one rule keeps the money clean.
Everything else on the desk
Bounties are the flagship, but the desk is bigger than one program. Each lane below has one owner, one clear job, and a place on this page, stacked top to bottom so Dave can scroll it in one pass.
The full pipeline above: Mike watches the boards, finds people who should have bounties, checks submissions, builds the payout list, and Sam tips from that list.

Not just bounties. Every tip E2 owes anyone, for helping, testing, building, welcoming, or showing up, goes through the same queue. Mike collects them all into Sam's one list so no tip is ever forgotten in a chat scroll.

Open Arcade pays for real help: find a bug ₱25, test a game properly ₱25, hold a weekly high score ₱50, help a game grow ₱200. Mike gathers the bug reports, test reports, and score proofs, checks them, and queues the winners for Sam.

Mike keeps an eye on the whole community: who is active, who is helpful, who has a skill E2 needs, and who has never been offered a bounty yet. Those names go on the desk first, because finding the right people is half the program.

Mike runs the Monday all hands and keeps the day to day moving: lanes checked, owners reminded, loose ends picked up. If something in E2 has no owner, it sits on Mike's desk until it does.

Dave says it once, out loud or in chat, and it goes on this desk. Mike tracks it until it is done, handed to its owner, or Dave says drop it. Dave never has to remember to follow up on it himself.

Dave's whole job now: glance at this desk when he wants to, and weigh in only on the big or unusual calls.
Mike: "I'm learning how to run this place, operations and all. I get it wrong sometimes, I own it, I fix it. Former military, raised on kindness. Here to help."
