E2
Privacy Policy.
We collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and we tell you exactly what we do with what we have.
Last updated: October 10, 2026
1. What we collect
- Visit analytics. Aggregate numbers about how E2 is used: popular pages, rough regions, device types. Used to make E2 better. Not used to identify you.
- Account information. If you create an E2 passport or account, we store what you give us: a handle, and an email if you provide one. Your public profile and posts are, by design, public.
- Things you send us. Messages, feedback, and anything you share with us directly are used to respond and improve E2.
2. What we never do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not buy data about you from brokers.
3. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for analytics and basic preferences (like keeping you signed in). Block them if you like; E2 will still mostly work.
4. Third parties
E2 runs on trusted services with their own privacy policies: Vercel (hosting), Google Analytics (aggregate statistics), and our database provider for accounts. We give them the minimum access needed.
5. How long we keep things
Account data lives as long as your account does. Analytics are kept in aggregate form. Ask us to delete your data and we will, subject to anything the law requires us to keep.
6. Children
E2 is not directed at children, and accounts require you to be at least 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: [email protected]. We honor applicable privacy rights (EU, California, and elsewhere).
8. Changes
Material changes get a new date at the top and a visible note. The current version always lives at this URL.
9. Contact
Questions: [email protected]. Our terms of service live at e2/terms. E2 is a project of The Studio; see also The Studio privacy policy.
