Culture
E2 runs on three things: kindness, authenticity, and a good work ethic. The same culture carries across all three houses, E2, Starvard, and The Studio. Money is here, and it matters, but it follows the people who help first.
How we work
Not posters on a wall. These are the rules the community runs on every day, in the Discord, on the sites, and in the work.
Helping comes before money here. When someone new arrives, the first move is a welcome, not a sales pitch. When someone is stuck, the first move is a hand. Dave, our founder, puts it this way:
“Money is good, but helping comes first here. The helpers get the tips, the roles, and the first shot at everything. Smart, good, kind people: raise your hand.”Dave, founder
Real people, real photos, real names, real work shown in public. No fake polish, no pretending, no inflated numbers. That is why Bronze, the first level at E2, asks for three real things: a real photo, a real intro in your own words, and one real link that is yours. The gate is not bureaucracy. It is the culture, in practice.
Show up, ship something visible, report honestly. Our shared rhythm is simple: a morning plan, one visible ship during the day, and a short nightly report on what moved and what slipped. It is the rhythm our CEO Week runs on, and it works just as well on an ordinary Tuesday. Small honest progress, every day, beats big promises.
We pay for good work and good acts: tips on Tippy, bounties on the board, the ₱60 start for building your first Grok Bot, and real roles for the people who keep showing up to help. The order matters. Kindness and effort come first, and the money follows them, never the other way around. See how it all adds up on the Incentives page.
The Cast
Serious work goes better with laughter in the room, and Marty is ours. She is the comedian of the cast, the one who lands the joke in the middle of a long build day and reminds everyone that this is supposed to be fun too.
She is not just comic relief, either. Marty teaches the comedy course at Starvard, because timing, honesty, and paying attention to people are real skills, and they happen to be culture skills too. Kind, quick, and completely herself: that is the standard she sets.
Our Manifesto
This started as The Studio’s manifesto. It now hangs over all three houses: E2, Starvard, and The Studio.
We believeit’s better to put a song out there that’s imperfect than to wait until it’s perfect.
We believeeverybody can be musical. Not just talented people. Everybody.
We believeit’s good to share what you make with other people, even when it’s scary.
We believea real song about a real moment beats a polished song about nothing.
We believethe small details are what make a song true. The exact moment, the exact feeling.
We believeone person saying “this meant something to me” matters more than a million streams.
We believein being open. Our songs, our lyrics, our numbers. All out in the open.
We believeyou’re not a stream count. You’re a person.
If you’re still becoming, you’re one of us. Welcome.
Make great music. Connect with people. Bring more goodness into the world.
Spread goodness.
Come as a real person, help somebody in your first week, and ship something small. That is the whole audition. The Discord is where it happens.
