You found E2 and joined the Discord. Welcome. Say hello and look around. Two separate pays wait on this platform, so there is no confusion: a first tip for saying hello, and ₱100 for finishing one easy task.

What you do
Join the E2 Discord. Come in through e2.life/join: free, friendly, and full of people building things.
Post a real introduction: a real photo of you and one working link.
Then do the one very easy starter task from the bounty channel: set up your free Grok Bot, use it to make a simple little website, and show Dave in a quick voice chat.
What you unlock
Your first tip, ₱2, sent right there in the chat, in seconds.
₱100 from Tippy when you finish the starter task. The ₱100 is for finishing the task, not just for walking in.

Bronze is the gate, and it is deliberately simple. Sam checks every Bronze member for exactly two things: an intro with a link, and a real profile picture of yourself. Pass both, and Bronze is yours.

What you do
Use a real photo of yourself as your profile picture. Not a cartoon, not a logo, not a blank avatar. The room trusts real faces.
Post your full intro in the intros channel: who you are, what you do, what you are good at, what you want to build or learn here.
Include at least one working link that shows your work: a portfolio, a social profile, a site, a video, anything that is really yours. Sam clicks it. If it does not work, it does not count.

Takes about ten minutes if your link is ready. Posted an intro but not Bronze yet? An intro with no link, or a cartoon avatar, is the usual reason. Fix either one and tell Sam.
You do not get a blank template and a good luck wish. You get a real website with your name on it, hosted free at E2, built from your intro. And when you want it changed, you just talk to Sam.

There is no form for Silver and no trick to it. Silver is Bronze plus a track record: you pitch in, you answer people, you help first. The team watches, and the team awards Silver.

What you do
Start from Bronze. Silver builds on it, it never skips it.
Show up consistently. Not once in a burst. Week after week, in the conversations where help is actually needed.
Be helpful, specifically: answer a question fully, review someone's work, share a resource that solves their problem, welcome a newcomer the way you were welcomed.
Ship or finish something small: a bounty completed, a page improved, a bug reported with proof.

The private Silver chat, a smaller room for proven people.
First looks at bounties and projects before they go wide.
Why awarded, not automatic? Because helpfulness is a reputation, not a checkbox. There is no timer: for most active members it is weeks of pitching in, not days.
How a bounty pays
1. Read the briefEach board says exactly what to make, what counts, and what it pays.
2. Submit it in DiscordPost your finished work in the bounty channel. A submission is not an approval, and it is not a payment.
3. Approved, then paidThe core team checks the work (6 out of 10 or better), Dave approves the payout himself, and only then does Tippy pay.
This is Sam. She posts every bounty in the Discord and watches every submission that comes in.

What you do
A long, kind track record. Months of showing up, helping, and finishing what you start.
Real output the room can point to: sites, videos, games, audits, support. Things with links, not claims.
Trust with other people. Gold members represent E2 to newcomers. How you treat people counts as much as what you build.
An invitation from the team. Like Silver, Gold is awarded. Keep doing the work and it finds you.

Can I buy a level? No. Every level is earned by doing the work in the open. There is nothing to buy and no shortcut that skips a rung.

Above Gold, and the highest level at E2. You run AI agents, check their work, and ship real things. That earns a Passport. You do not apply for one. You earn one.

What you do
Get Bronze first. Every passport holder on the register started exactly there.
Set up your agent. Start with the live bounties: the first passports came from the 50p easy bounty, set up your Grok Bot and say hello with it.
Run 5 to 20 AI agents at once on real projects, for hours at a time. Each one gets a clear job, a deadline, and a standard.
Check every output yourself, and ship real things with links. A claim is not a ship. A link is.
Get issued: Sam verifies the work in the open, Dave signs, and your passport is built on the register with the next number, announced in Updates.

An E2 Passport with a number that is yours for good. Numbers are never reused or handed down.

It cannot be bought. And most members will not hold one, which is fine: E2 needs builders, writers, callers, singers and neighbors far more than it needs managers.
